My family and friends are more than likely getting really annoyed with me harping on about this subject... I think if they read this they will all tell me to get over it and move on...
Why is it that Marriage is now thought of as old fashioned??? I don't mean the white wedding and the sit down dinner and the bridal waltz... that's all just showing the world that you want to spend the rest of your lives together. A party that celebrates the love you have for one another and the start of the rest of your life...
I mean the whole Idea of being married to the person you love more than anyone else in the world. Being husband an wife. Having the symbol of being together forever.
Yes, I am not a complete idiot though.. I do know that FOREVER is a dream these days.. Not everyone stays 'Together Forever'... But if you aren't willing to take that chance then why are you in a relationship to start with... Whats the point of falling in love and having children if you don't expect to be with that person for the rest of your life...
Marriage is the ultimate commitment to someone. The one that you have chosen to witness your life. The one that you have chosen to share all your experiences with. The one that you don't want to go unnoticed in this life....
Because at the end of the day the person you love isn't going to wait around forever....
